Zpoker accepts payments via various mobile banking methods and bank transfers. All transactions are processed through secure channels.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Generally starting from ৳200.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually reflected in your balance within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis.
• Bonus funds must meet the required wagering before any withdrawal can be made.

Zpoker offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each account is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified multiplier (×) must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the deadline passes.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts or other means will result in permanent account closure.
• You cannot have multiple bonuses active at the same time (unless the offer specifically states otherwise).

All bets on zpoker are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event. The result declared by the governing body of the sport or event shall be considered final.

General Betting Rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the cash-out feature is active).
• Zpoker reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any abnormal betting patterns resulting from a system error will be subject to review.
• In live betting, results may be affected by data delays.

If a match is cancelled or postponed:

• If an event does not start within the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the original stake refunded.
• If cancelled after the match has started – settled markets will stand, and the rest will be refunded.
• If a cricket match is shortened due to rain or any other reason, the result will be determined using the DLS method.
• If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the payout will be calculated based on the remaining events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zpoker. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with false information to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or inside information.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Using automated software or bots to play.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

• Your information is never sold to any third party.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.
